This Tortellini Santa Rose pasta dish is something special. The tri color cheese tortellini is perfectly cooked, the Italian sweet sausage is delicious, the fresh mushrooms and spinach add a lovely depth of flavor, and the house made tomato cream sauce brings it all together. This pasta dish is available on our Lunch Menu and our Dinner Menu. This is one of the first pasta dishes I tried at Marco's Italian Restaurant. The colors and the aroma are irresistible.
