Simsbury Connecticut has a lot of pizzerias to choose from. Marco's Italian Restaurant has recreated the entire Pizza Menu. Our New York Thin Crust is covered in the best quality ingredients we can find. We created a unique artisan menu that has unique toppings.
We call this pizza "The Perfect Pepperoni". Pepperoni is the most popular topping in America so we decided to perfect it. Starting with our fresh dough, stretched thin, and a moderate layer of house made sauce. We also add fresh garlic. We use a unique cheese combination to bring out the most flavors. We then top the pizza with two different style of pepperoni to create a unique look and to make sure we cover the most surface area on the pizza as possible. we use fresh basil and parsley after the pizza is cooked to make this pizza so incredibly fresh you can smell it as soon as you open the box.
Our Prosciutto Di Parma Pizza is made with a white sauce and raw spinach underneath the cheese. Our cheese blend on this particular pizza has blue cheese crumbles in addition to our standard cheeses. we add mushrooms and prosciutto as well as fresh garlic. We always add our fresh Italian herbs and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. To finish it off, we do a drizzle of balsamic glaze. The balance of sweet and salty is incredible! Our Sicilian pizza is a thick crust pie with a bit more sauce. We cut it in squares and is enough to feed more people than a standard large thin crust. The airy crust is more chewy than our standard crust. We add more sauce to it as well, which seeps into valleys we hand craft in the dough before cooking. Above is a margherita pizza with tomatoes added. An absolute fan favorite!
Lastly, Our Cinque Formaggio is a 5 cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, cheddar, provolone and parmesan. We add minced garlic before cooking and fresh Italian herbs when we take it out of the oven. If you love plain cheese, then give this unique cheese pizza a try.
